Goodidea Privacy Policy

Information we collect and why

When you apply for an AI agent trial, Goodidea processes your name, company, role, company type and size, company email and requested agent for application review, account arrangements and support.

We also record the source page, submission time, consent version and delivery status for fulfilment, troubleshooting and anonymous operational reporting. Abuse prevention stores only a salted hash of the network identifier, not the original IP address.

Processors and storage

Submissions are first stored in Goodidea's Payload system on Tencent Cloud in mainland China. They are then sent to Goodidea's Feishu tables and designated owners. Tencent Cloud provides infrastructure and storage; Feishu provides internal collaboration and notifications. They process data under Goodidea's instructions.

Retention

Personal information is normally retained for 12 months. At expiry, identifying fields are removed and only anonymous aggregates such as source, date, status and counts remain. Backup deletion may take up to a further 30 days, unless law or a separate agreement requires otherwise.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@goodideamedia.com. We will verify the request before acting on it.

Security and changes

Goodidea uses access controls, encryption in transit, separated permissions, log redaction and backups. This site is intended for business contacts and job applicants, not children. Material policy changes will carry a new version and publication date; forms will ask for fresh consent where required.
